Refund Policy

💳 Refund Method

  1. Online Payments: Refunded to the original payment method.
  2. COD Orders: Refunded via UPI or Bank Transfer (in the customer’s name).
  3. We may contact you via SMS/email/call for UPI/bank details.

📦 Returned by Courier

Customers will receive a full refund if:

  1. The parcel is returned due to courier issues.
  2. Delivery fails due to courier-related reasons.

⚠ Shipping Charges Deducted If:

  1. Customer refuses to accept the order.
  2. Wrong address, incorrect contact number, or incorrect PIN code is provided.

In such cases, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

🕒 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank statement.
  2. Check your email for refund confirmation (payment gateway notification).
  3. Contact us if the issue persists.

BookMonk reserves the right to determine the appropriate compensation method.

Refunds will be processed promptly once the issue is verified as genuine.
