We accept returns or replacements only in cases of damaged, missing, or wrongly delivered books.
✅ Eligibility Conditions
- The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- A clear unpacking video is mandatory.
- The video must show the sealed package being opened and the book’s condition clearly.
- Without the unpacking video, no return/replacement/refund request will be accepted.
📌 Damages Covered Under Policy
Returns/Replacements are applicable only if:
- Severe spine damage causing pages to detach.
- Major in-transit damage (corner bends, minor dents, or light scratches are not covered).
- More than 2 pages are:
- Misprinted
- Torn
- Missing
- Smudged/unreadable
❌ Not Covered
- Minor cosmetic issues.
- Damage to outer boxes of book sets (e.g., Harry Potter/Lord of the Rings box sets).
- If books inside are damaged, it will be covered.
- Mystery Box purchases are non-returnable and non-replaceable.
📦 Missing or Wrong Book Delivered
Reshipment or refund will be provided in cases of:
- Missing book
- Wrong book delivered
⚠ Unpacking video is mandatory for these cases as well.
🚚 Return Process
- Our courier partner will arrange a doorstep pickup.
- We bear the return shipping cost.
- Processing time: 7–14 working days after pickup and verification.
