Return Policy

We accept returns or replacements only in cases of damaged, missing, or wrongly delivered books.

✅ Eligibility Conditions

  1. The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  2. A clear unpacking video is mandatory.
  3. The video must show the sealed package being opened and the book’s condition clearly.
  4. Without the unpacking video, no return/replacement/refund request will be accepted.

📌 Damages Covered Under Policy

Returns/Replacements are applicable only if:

  1. Severe spine damage causing pages to detach.
  2. Major in-transit damage (corner bends, minor dents, or light scratches are not covered).
  3. More than 2 pages are:
  4. Misprinted
  5. Torn
  6. Missing
  7. Smudged/unreadable

❌ Not Covered

  1. Minor cosmetic issues.
  2. Damage to outer boxes of book sets (e.g., Harry Potter/Lord of the Rings box sets).
  3. If books inside are damaged, it will be covered.
  4. Mystery Box purchases are non-returnable and non-replaceable.

📦 Missing or Wrong Book Delivered

Reshipment or refund will be provided in cases of:

  1. Missing book
  2. Wrong book delivered

⚠ Unpacking video is mandatory for these cases as well.

🚚 Return Process

  1. Our courier partner will arrange a doorstep pickup.
  2. We bear the return shipping cost.
  3. Processing time: 7–14 working days after pickup and verification.
