At Bookmonk , we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review our cancellation and refund terms below.

1. Order Cancellation

1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been dispatched.
2. To cancel, email us at bookmonk01@gmail.com with your order ID.

2. Refunds

1. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2. Transaction fees, if any, charged by the payment gateway are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

1. Due to international sourcing, books once delivered cannot be returned unless:
2. The wrong product was delivered.
3. The product was damaged during shipping.

4. Damaged / Wrong Product Policy

1. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged/incorrect book.

Upon verification, a replacement or refund will be issued.
